Business accounts

Booking more than once a week?

If your business regularly needs goods collected, delivered or brought back, an account removes most of the admin around it.

Built for business

Your deliveries, handled on account.

Sky Routes is a business courier. Accounts are built for teams who book more than once, not for individuals sending a parcel.

Invoiced, not paid job by job

Approved accounts settle on 7, 14 or 30 day terms against one monthly invoice instead of paying at the point of booking.

Rates that reflect your volume

Once we can see what you actually move, your rate card is set against it rather than against our standard list price.

Your whole team, one account

Several people can book under one company, and everyone sees the same history and the same saved addresses.

Addresses saved once

Regular collection and delivery points, with contacts and access notes, ready to reuse instead of retyped every time.

Every proof of delivery, kept

Search any job you have ever booked and download the paperwork. When an invoice is queried, the answer is already there.

Someone who knows your account

A named contact who knows your routes and your priorities, rather than whoever picks up the phone.

Questions

Questions about accounts

What does the price include?
The van, the driver, the fuel and the mileage. It excludes VAT, tolls, congestion and clean-air charges, waiting time beyond the free allowance, and any out-of-hours premium. All of that is shown before you book, not added afterwards.
Why can you show a price when nobody else will?
Because we price the real driving route against a published rate card instead of working it out by hand. The number on screen is the number you pay for the job you described.
Do I need an account to book?
No. You can get a price and book as a guest. An account is worth opening once you are booking regularly, for the saved addresses, the invoicing and the priority.
How do payment terms work?
Approved business accounts are invoiced on 7, 14 or 30 day terms rather than paying per booking. Terms are set at approval and depend on a credit check and trading history.
