The same run, the same time, every week.

Scheduled deliveries

A regular collection or delivery booked in advance and held in the diary. The same driver where we can, so they learn your site and your people.

If you are booking the same job every week, booking it every week is wasted effort. Tell us the route and the timings once and we will hold it.

Scheduled work is priced as a route rather than as a series of one-off jobs, which is usually cheaper than booking it ad hoc.

Scheduled runs sit naturally alongside a business account — same invoicing, same saved addresses, same proof of delivery on every drop.

Ideal when the movement is predictable and you would rather stop rebooking it.

Questions

Questions about this service

How quickly can you collect?
Within 60 minutes of a confirmed booking for same day work, subject to a van being free. If nothing is available we tell you straight away rather than letting you wait.
What does the price include?
The van, the driver, the fuel and the mileage. It excludes VAT, tolls, congestion and clean-air charges, waiting time beyond the free allowance, and any out-of-hours premium. All of that is shown before you book, not added afterwards.
Why can you show a price when nobody else will?
Because we price the real driving route against a published rate card instead of working it out by hand. The number on screen is the number you pay for the job you described.
How far do you go?
Anywhere on the UK mainland. Longer routes are priced by the same method as short ones, so distance never turns into a negotiation.
What is the difference between same day and priority?
Both collect today. Standard same day may collect other work en route to you and delivers by the end of the working day. Priority dispatches the nearest van immediately and drives straight there with nothing else on board.
