How quickly can you collect?
Within 60 minutes of a confirmed booking for same day work, subject to a van being free. If nothing is available we tell you straight away rather than letting you wait.
How far do you go?
Anywhere on the UK mainland. Longer routes are priced by the same method as short ones, so distance never turns into a negotiation.
What is the difference between same day and priority?
Both collect today. Standard same day may collect other work en route to you and delivers by the end of the working day. Priority dispatches the nearest van immediately and drives straight there with nothing else on board.
Are my goods insured?
Yes, in transit, up to the limit set out in our terms. If your consignment is worth more than that, tell us before booking and we will arrange additional cover.
What will you not carry?
Dangerous goods classified under ADR, and live animals. Our terms list everything else we cannot take.
